Wheelchair Access

There are 6 wheelchair spaces at both the Alhambra and St. George’s Hall. Level access is via Great Horton Road for the Alhambra, and Bridge Street for St. George’s. A companion may attend free of charge for all productions at the Alhambra and selected performances at St. George’s. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at both venues.

Visually Impaired

Our season brochure and other printed material is available on request in large print and Braille. Please call 01274 432375 or email your request to enquiries@bradford-theatres.co.uk
Guide dogs are welcome and a bowl of water will be provided on request. 

Hearing Enhancement

Both the Alhambra Theatre and St. George's Hall are now fully equipped with infra-red audio systems. These enable patrons to independently control the level of volume required wherever they sit in the auditoria. Headsets are available from the confectionary kiosks.

Sign Language Interpreted Performances

There are signed language interpreted performances at stated shows. Our Minicom Number is 01274 305592 or fax your booking on 01274 431033.

Captioned performances

There are captioned performances at stated shows. In captioning, the words appear on a screen at the same time as they are sung or spoken which enables people with hearing loss to understand fully.
