Organised by Bradford Theatres under the umbrella of BD1 LiVE Goes Choral, this evening is the final of the first ever Bradford and District Schools Choir Competition with special performing guests The London Community Gospel Choir.

Schools from across the Bradford district have now competed in the preliminary heats of Bradford Theatres first ever schools choir competition and we have our six finalists.

During the all-important final, hosted by Pulse Breakfast DJ's Alex Duffy and Becky Holmes, the six choirs will compete to win this prestigious new award, under the watchful eye of the judging panel which will include Bazil Meade, conductor with London Community Gospel Choir and also seen on BBC TV's Last Choir Standing.

After the interval, the winning choir will be announced, followed by a full 50 minute performance by the London Community Gospel Choir who will be joined at the end of the evening by the winning choir to perform Take That's 'Rule the World''
