| Concessions Concessions apply to children aged 16 and under, full time students, over 60’s, registered disabled, Passport to Leisure and Yorkshire Youth & Music. Please note only one discount is applicable per ticket. Proof of eligibility must be provided at the Box Office. All discounts are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Box Office without prior notice. Orchestral concert standby Standby tickets are available at half price from the day before the performance only, to Passport to Leisure, Students and over 60’s. Please note that half price standby tickets are not available at Choral Concerts in this season. Ticket reservations We can hold tickets for you up to four days if you are unsure of your booking. (Please note this service is not available during the seven days prior to the concert.) Ticket resales If you are unable to attend a concert, at the discretion of the Box Office, we will endeavour to resell the tickets on your behalf at a charge of 10% of the face value, up to a maximum of £10. Tickets for resale will not be accepted within one hour of the performance start time. |
| Ticket refunds We will only refund tickets if the concert has been cancelled. Regrettably we are unable to refund the £1.50 per ticket booking fee charged for online bookings. Tickets cannot be refunded due to adverse weather conditions if the concert goes ahead. No refund on pre-booked tickets will be made on the announcement of a subsequent special offer. Ticket exchange and replacement Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before a concert. A 10% charge of the face value, up to a maximum of £10 will be made, and exchanges are only available for the same concert. Exchanges are not available for group bookings of 20 or more. At the discretion of the Box Office, we will replace lost or destroyed tickets free of charge. |
