What are my new dates for Sleeping Beauty?

All existing bookings for Sleeping Beauty have been migrated to the new 2021-22 dates. To check your new performance date, please click here.

Why has my booking been transferred to a different day of the week/time to my original booking? 

This is because the new schedule has slightly fewer performances and some customers have been moved to an appropriate equivalent date, time and seating area.

If I am unable to attend the date given to me, can I move it again?

Yes of course, subject to availability.

I had reserved tickets for Sleeping Beauty, has my reservation been transferred to a rescheduled performance?

Yes your reservation has been moved to an appropriate equivalent date, time and seating area. For Group Bookers and schools please call 01274 437788 if you need to discuss any changes or adjustments to your reservation. We will be in touch with you about a revised payment date for your reservation. 

When will I get my new tickets?

We are currently dealing with a high volume of queries and are managing bookings in order of the original performance date with a reduced team of staff. You will receive an email confirmation of your new date. You can log on to your online account at any time to check your email and mailing preferences. Please do this and update if needed to ensure you receive the latest email communications.  

We are currently working to re-issue Print at Home tickets for rescheduled shows. This means if you selected PAH tickets when booking you will receive new tickets in due course. If you received printed tickets from Bradford Theatres either in person or in the post these will still be valid for the rescheduled date. We will do our best to re-issue printed tickets nearer the time.

Nearer the time, if I want to add more tickets to my booking, can I?

Yes of course, subject to availability.

I don’t want to exchange to the rescheduled performance; I want a refund.

We’re happy to process a refund should you need one at this current time. Please call our Box Office which is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm on 01274 432000 or for Group Bookers on 01274 437788. You can send us an email via our contact us page. Please consider if you are able to swap your booking for another show, take a credit on your account or make a donation to Bradford Theatres instead of a refund.

I booked using theatre vouchers – how do I get my money back?

We can refund back to Bradford Theatres Gift Vouchers or if you would prefer credit on your account, we can do that.  

My friends and family want to book for another performance of Sleeping Beauty, when will the show go back on general sale? 

We will be dealing with all the original bookings first before any remaining availability for Sleeping Beauty goes on general sale. This may be in a few weeks time. A further announcement will be made when any remaining tickets are available for sale.

My access needs have changed since I made the original booking. Can I change my seats? 

Yes of course, depending on suitable availability.

If I am now eligible for an access discount, can I claim this for the new booking?

Yes, as long as the discount is available on your new booking date and seating area, you can claim a partial refund for the reduction in cost. You will need to be a member of our Access & Carer Scheme which you can discuss with a member of our Box Office team.

When will the Theatre be open again?

At the moment, all our venues remain closed for public performances until further notice. Currently our Box Office counters are also closed. However our Box Office is open to take calls Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm. 

We plan to re-open as soon as it is safe to do so and will be responding as quickly as we can to the latest advice from Bradford Council, central government and national organisations such as UK Theatre.  For the latest information, please regularly check our website www.bradford-theatres.co.uk

What happens to my Friends Membership while the venues are closed?

We have implemented extensions to Friends memberships so that customers retain their benefits for longer and don’t miss out while our venues are closed. We will be reviewing this on an ongoing basis and our Box Office staff will be happy to discuss this with you if you have any queries. 

If I get a ticket refund, will I also get my booking fees refunded?

If you purchased your tickets online, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale please note that we cannot refund the per-ticket booking fee charged for this service. If you booked in person or via our telephone booking line and would like to be refunded for booking fees, please send a request via our website enquiry form and this will be processed.

If you are happy to donate your booking fee to Bradford Theatres, no further action is required and we thank you - this helps us enormously in very uncertain and difficult times for the arts industry. You can also support us, keep in touch and get discounts on future shows by purchasing a Friends membership. Alternatively you can choose an account credit or gift vouchers instead of a refund. 

Why aren’t you refunding booking fees as standard?

There is a cost to processing your ticket purchase, customer enquiries and subsequent refunds. Our booking fees pay towards the local, dedicated Box Office team who are currently working flat out to deal with the current situation.  

What about postage costs?

The per transaction postage charge is used to cover P&P direct costs to send tickets out and sadly cannot be refunded. However, no additional postage charges will be made to send out your replacement tickets. 

I would like to donate the cost of my tickets to the theatre at this current time.
