By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in person over the counter, via the website (including Print at Home tickets), or via an authorised Bradford Theatres agency, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

OUR COVID GUARANTEE

You can book with confidence knowing that if we are required by COVID-19 government guidance or restrictions to cancel or postpone a performance, you will be offered a refund, credit or exchange to another performance.

In addition, tickets can be refunded or exchanged up to 24 hours before a performance for reasons highlighted below.  You should not attend the venue if you:

  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19;
  • have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;
  • have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;
  • have arrived in England in the last 14 days and are not covered by the exemption rules relating to self-isolation; or
  • have been instructed to self-isolate

 Please check the latest Covid advice and restrictions that apply both nationally and in Bradford before you attend, including any additional measures that may apply if you or a member of your household bubble is vulnerable to Covid 19.

 We will collect contact data about each ticket booker in line with our Privacy Policy. We may need to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace, if they require.

Cancellation policy

With the exception of our Covid Guarantee, tickets for a specific date or period of performance cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Consumer cancellation rights apply to the purchase of Memberships and Gift Vouchers. You have the right to cancel these goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The right to cancellation will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us by letter sent by post, fax or email.

Terms of Admittance

  • For the protection of all our customers, Bradford Theatres reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the venue anyone whom it reasonably believes to be infected with COVID-19
  • For the protection and comfort of all customers, Bradford Theatres reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue anyone it believes to be unfit by reason of the consumption of alcohol and /or drugs or who displays rowdy, disruptive, violent or anti-social behaviour. If necessary Bradford Theatres will request Police assistance and report the incident to the Police if it considers a criminal offence may have been committed.
  • Any venue of Bradford Theatres is licenced premises and no patron is permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises. Bag searches are conducted as part of Bradford Theatre’s standard operating practice and any such alcohol found will be confiscated. Any person refusing to have their bag searched will be refused entry.
  • For the safety of performers and to minimise disruption, latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats.
  • In exceptional circumstances we may provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
  • No audio or visual recording equipment is allowed. Any person found with these may be asked to leave the venue and the recorded material may be destroyed.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder consents to being shown as members of the audience in official filming, photography and sound recording, for instance if the performance is to be televised at a later date.
  • Bradford Theatres Management may make alterations to the published programme and/or cast for reasons beyond its control and cannot guarantee the appearance of any named artist.
  • Class 3 mobility scooters are not allowed in any of our venues (these are classed as outdoor vehicles).
  • Bradford Theatres staff reserve the right to request patrons to stop any activity that is deemed inappropriate.
  • Only food and drink purchased at the venue may be consumed within the venue.

Ticket Refunds

Excepting the Covid Guarantee, we will only refund tickets if the performance has been cancelled. If a booking fee has been charged, this will also be returned. If you purchased your tickets online, we are unable to refund the per ticket booking fee charged for this service. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded due to adverse weather conditions if the performance goes ahead. No refund on pre-booked tickets will be made on the announcement of a subsequent special offer.

Ticket Resales

If you are unable to attend a performance, at the discretion of the Box Office Manager, we will endeavour to resell the tickets on your behalf at a charge of 10% of the face value, up to a maximum of £10. Tickets for resale will not be accepted within one hour of the performance start time.

Re-sale or transfer of tickets for profit or commercial gain is not permitted and may result in tickets being cancelled without refund.

If ticket sales patterns indicate purchase is made with the sole intention of re-sale for profit (such as multiple purchases for a single event), we may require the purchaser to pick up tickets in person from one of our venues. Failure to do so will result in the tickets being cancelled without refund and invalidated for the event. The purchaser may also be blacklisted / prevented from buying further tickets.

Please note: Any booking fees or postage charges will not be refunded.

Ticket Exchange

We are happy to make ticket exchanges under the following conditions: A 10% charge of the face value (up to a maximum of £10) will be made up to 24 hours before a production, and is only available for the same production or event. Exchanges are not available for group bookings of 20 or more.
Please note: You will not be charged a booking fee for a second time.

Lost or Destroyed Tickets

At the discretion of the Box Office, we will replace lost or destroyed tickets free of charge.
