Here are some of the most commonly asked questions from our Alhambra Theatre customers.
Bradford Theatres’ gift vouchers can be spent on show tickets across all of our venues: the Alhambra Theatre, St George’s Hall, The Studio or King’s Hall at Ilkley. Bradford Theatres’ gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or the date it is sent to the recipient as a gift.
National Theatre Tokens can also be accepted as payment over the phone or in person, or online through converting them into Bradford Theatres' gift vouchers in the purchase path.
Concessions are available on some shows for children aged 16 and under, full time students, over 60s, disabled people, Bradford Leisure Card holders, Script Yorkshire, and Equity members. Only one concession/discount per ticket subject to availability. Proof of eligibility must be provided. See the show page for more information.
Some shows have an age guidance or recommendation applied to them. Babes in Arms tickets may be available at some shows for a cost of £2.50, for babes up to 18 months.

Please note that, if available, Babes in Arms cannot be seated in the front rows of our Stalls, Dress Circle, or Upper Circle areas, or Boxes, for safety reasons.
Groups and schools’ group bookings get generous discounts on tickets at most shows at the Alhambra Theatre and selected shows at our other venues. Priority notice and booking periods are given, where possible, about forthcoming shows. You can pre-order ice creams, drinks, and programmes for your group. There is also an extended reservation period on your booking before payment is required to help with your planning.
Yes, our ticket refund protection, provided by Secure My Booking, allows you to recover 100 percent of the paid ticket price (including booking fees and postage), for just £1.95 per ticket. With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of accident, injury, or illness including COVID19, severe weather preventing travel to the venue, travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns and strikes, plus much more. The doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before the show starts.
A lot of shows have merchandise available, which you can purchase at various kiosks in the foyer. House programmes are available for each show, and some shows sell souvenir programmes.
