Alhambra Theatre

The counter is closed when there are no shows.

From 5pm: show nights until 30 minutes after the start time

From 12pm: matinee days

St George's Hall

From 10am: Monday to Friday (on show days closing 30 minutes after curtain up)

10am-2pm: Monday to Friday (on no show days)

Closed: Saturday and Sunday*

*When there is a show, the counter will open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to show start time, closing 30 minutes after curtain up.

On the first Thursday of every month, our phone lines are closed between 9am and 10.45am.
Summer Opening Times: From Mon 10 to Sat 29 August, the phone lines will be open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, and Saturdays 12pm to 4pm. The phone lines will be closed on Mon 31 August.

All our ticket prices include a £3 booking fee. The below discounts are only available at select shows - check event pages to find out more.

Max of 10 tickets can be booked online. All discounts are subject to availability and may not be applicable.

Ways to Pay

We accept major debit and credit cards. Bradford Theatres' gift vouchers can be redeemed online, in person and over the phone.

National Theatre Tokens can be accepted as payment over the phone, in person, or through exchanging the Tokens to Bradford Theatres gift vouchers within the purchase path.

Receiving Your Tickets

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets attached. These tickets can either be printed out at home or shown on screen via a smart phone on the door.

If you do not receive your e-ticket, please contact our Box Office team.

Printed tickets can still be posted to you with an additional £2 to cover postage where applicable. Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket sales.

Ticket Protection

Our ticket refund protection, provided by Secure My Booking, allows you to recover 100 percent of the paid ticket price (including booking fees and postage), for just £1.95 per ticket.

With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:

  • accident, injury, or illness including COVID19
  • severe weather preventing travel to the venue
  • travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns & strikes

Plus much more. Please note, supporting documents will be required when applying for a refund. Secure My Booking protection can be bought via Bradford Theatres over the phone, online or at our counters at the time of show ticket purchase. For full terms & conditions please click here.
