Statement Regarding Cancelled Performances W/C 16 March 2020

Following the recommendation from the UK government yesterday (Monday 16 March), we can confirm that all performances scheduled to take place at Bradford Theatres’ venues this week have unfortunately been cancelled or rescheduled by the visiting companies.

The details are as follows:

* All performances of New Adventures/Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes at the Alhambra Theatre will be cancelled. The company will return with Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker! on 2-6 March 2021

* The St Patrick's Day Heritage Tour at St George’s Hall has been rescheduled to 17 March 2021

* Thank You For The Music at King’s Hall in Ilkley on 19 March will be rescheduled – date to follow

* Premium Friends Tour on 19 March at St George’s Hall will be cancelled

* Northern Live Do I Love You on 20 March at St George’s Hall will be rescheduled to Friday 18 September 2020

* Mother’s Day Heritage Tour & Afternoon Tea at St George’s Hall on 21 March will be cancelled

We ask all ticket holders to avoid contacting Bradford Theatres directly. The Box Office team will be in touch as soon as possible with those affected for shows this week.

For forthcoming performances from 23 March onwards, we are in discussions with producers and will keep our ticket holders informed. The safety and health of our staff and visitors is our number one priority and we will continue to follow any recommendations from the relevant authorities and implement all appropriate instructions accordingly.
