Watch out! Horrible Histories is bringing Terrible Tudors & Awful Egyptians to the Alhambra Theatre, Bradford next month!
Horrible Histories live on stage is coming to the Alhambra Theatre, Bradford from Thursday 4 – Saturday 6 June with two fun-packed shows for families.
A hysterical ride through history, the Terrible Tudors and Awful Egyptians will feature eye-popping 3D special effects which are guaranteed to thrill all ages.
In Terrible Tudors the audience will be taken on a trip from the horrible Henries to the end of evil Elizabeth, hearing the legends (and the lies!) about the torturing Tudors. They will find out the fate of Henry’s headless wives and his punch up with the Pope, plus they’ll meet Bloody Mary and see Ed fall dead in his bed. Who will survive the Spanish Armada as it sails into the audience?
From the fascinating Pharaohs to the power of the pyramids, Awful Egyptians reveals the foul facts of death and decay with the meanest mummies in Egypt. There will be a rumble with Ramesses the Great and who will be brave enough to enter through the Gates of the Afterlife? It’s the history of Egypt with the nasty bits left in!

Both shows are directed by Neal Foster, designed by Jackie Trousdale, lighting by Jason Taylor, sound by Nick Sagar, music by Matthew Scott and choreography by Kenn Oldfield.
