Welcome to the Alhambra Theatre. Our historic venue has been delighting audiences for over 100 years with an eclectic mix of musicals, drama, dance and one of Yorkshire's biggest pantomimes! Regarded as the North's premier receiving venue, the iconic Alhambra Theatre attracts the very best in star names and live entertainment to the city of Bradford.

This stunning venue seats 1,400 people and over the years has staged major West End shows including The Lion King, War Horse, Billy Elliot, Wicked and Mary Poppins. A popular choice for major touring companies, the Alhambra Theatre is also a member of the Dance Consortium, a group of venues who work together to bring the best in international dance to the UK.

Belongings & Security

Your tickets will be checked when you enter the venue. We conduct bag searches before shows, for the safety and security of customers and staff. Please avoid bringing rucksacks and suitcases to the venue and please allow enough time before shows. We do not have any onsite cloakrooms.
